Points
To Ponder
IMPORTANCE
OF VALUES: It
is important that values taught at home and at school are
consistent. Too often the expectations of a child's peers are
different from those of the parents. The effect of Christian
classmates; along with worship, both in school and church, provide the
cohesiveness that help a young person grow up with security and a basis
for strong moral decisions.
WHOLENESS
IN EDUCATION: Many
schools claim to teach the
"whole child". They say that children need to grow
intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.
True, but can a child be "whole" without spiritual
growth? Zion Lutheran School believes that "wholeness"
comes from faith and belief in the caring Christ.
If you want a quality education for your child, and a firm spiritual and
moral base for the future, Zion Lutheran School welcomes you to
"share the caring Christ"
