Deaf Ministry We are proud of the part the Deaf Action Center plays in the Congregational life at Prince of Peace. Worship, study and fellowship are key activities for this group. Pastor Dick Reinap is the leader of our Deaf Action Center and Minister on Special Sunday services. The Deaf Action Center is a vendor for special equipment and assisted listening devices. Access is available to special amplified telephones and ringers which are of great benefit for those who are hard of hearing.
